Outpatient Mental Health and Substance Use Therapy

The Clinic at Homeward Pikes Peak provides individual and group therapy, relapse prevention, and trauma informed care and support for justice involved individuals. Our team of licensed therapists provides client-centered care with options for on-site case management and support services.

All persons facing the challenge of substance use and/or mental health are welcome at Homeward Pikes Peak. We do not require sobriety to enter outpatient Treatment and aim to connect to clients within 24 hours of their request. Homeward Pikes Peak recognizes the unique needs of pregnant and parenting women, low-income individuals, justice-involved persons, and clients dealing with complex trauma and co-occurring disorders. Our clinic follows evidence based practices, as recognized by Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), to reduce barriers to treatment and support the best outcomes for clients managing substance use challenges.

The Clinic at Homeward Pikes Peak is housed at our main office, 2010 E. Bijou Street.
