Street Outreach
Homeward Pikes Peak’s Street Outreach team creates relationships with those living in emergency shelter or surviving outside in their own environment. We collaborate with the Colorado Springs Police Department Homeless Outreach Team to build trust and educate individuals on the opportunity to enter shelter programs, housing, and healthcare services.
In 2025, the Street Outreach team joined with the Colorado Springs Downtown Partnership to support the downtown Clean and Safe initiative. Street Outreach team members join community volunteers to connect with the unhoused, provide guidance, and help them reconnect with family and other resources.
Give Help – Get Help is a new web-based tool to connect with the HPP Street Outreach Team when there is a concern for an unhoused person or family. Currently, the tool is being piloted in downtown Colorado Springs. If you have a concern, use the QR Code below to let a member of the Street Outreach Team know.

For more information or to speak with a Street Outreach Team member, please call (719) 473-5557.
