The Homeward Pikes Peak Street Outreach team focuses on building genuine relationships with individuals living in emergency shelters or surviving outdoors. By meeting people in their own environment, we establish trust and offer dignity.
In collaboration with the Colorado Springs Police Department, we educate individuals about the resources available to them. Our goal is to gently guide them toward shelter programs, supportive housing, and vital healthcare services.
