At Homeward Pikes Peak, we believe there is a housing solution for every situation. We strive to provide choices and options based on the current need of the client.

Together, these programs house more than 120 individuals and families. Each program has case managers to work with the client and guide them to successful recovery, self-sufficiency, and independent living.

Securing housing first to provide individuals the opportunity to regain dignity and focus on recovery.

SOBER LIVING COMMUNITIES

Homeward Pikes Peak provides a stable and supportive sober living with an emphasis on healing, nurturing community connections, and achieving self-sufficiency.

THE COMMONS IS NOW OPEN

El Paso County’s first permanent supportive housing community to serve families is now open. The Commons will address the needs of Veterans, individuals and families who are currently experiencing homelessness.

STREET OUTREACH

Homeward Pikes Peak’s Street Outreach team creates relationships with those living in emergency shelter or surviving outside in their own environment.

Housing Assessment Information

Homeward Pikes Peak coordinates housing applications through the Pikes Peak Continuum of Care (CoC). Please be aware, Homeward Pikes Peak does not maintain waiting lists.
