Housing Assessment Information

To be eligible for housing, all potential clients must complete a VI-SPDAT (housing survey) to be eligible for HUD-funded housing in Colorado Springs. Homeward Pikes Peak works with the Colorado Springs Continuum of Care to identify those who qualify for a Permanent Supportive Housing and/or a Rapid Rehousing voucher. If Homeward Pikes Peak has a vacancy in either of these vouchers, selection will be made based on the VI-SPDAT score. Contact will be made with the selected participant, during which intake, further evaluation, and voucher administration will occur.

You may complete a VI-SPDAT at Homeward Pikes Peak on Mondays between 1:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. No appointment necessary.
